Agricultural Epitomist

The Agricultural Epitomist was a farming periodical in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. At one point it claimed no less than 200,000 subscribers, and marketed itself as the only agricultural publication with its own experimental farm, a 500-acre operation near Spencer. This building at 177-181 South Main dates from 1910.
